Our Return Policy
SailFast will accept the return of any order of new or undamaged merchandise that has not been worn, special ordered, or otherwise used within 30 days of its shipment for a full refund (not including shipping and handling) or for replacement subject to the following limitations:
- Prior authorization is required to receive a return authorization number. Email us at email@example.com.
- Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to the sender.
- Merchandise that displays signs of wear, or that has been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
- If you receive merchandise that you did not order (our error) or that is defective, we will provide a FedEx call tag for pickup as well as a full refund or replacement upon our receipt and inspection.
- We cannot accept returns of Custom Decorated items unless they are incorrect due to our error.
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact us at 203-952-4659 (SailFast Help Desk) to expedite a resolution.
